Kindly check your items within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Please DO NOT open the lens and check from the bottom for obvious defects/tears using Flash.
If you feel any discomfort, immediately take off the lens and DO NOT continue wearing. Please send clear photo of the lens to our Customer Service through instagram @candylicious_official.
